Paolo Gualtieri

Paolo Gualtieri was born in 1961 and is Professor of Financial Intermediaries at the Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences Faculty of the Catholic University, Milan.

He is a lawyer (Member of the Milan Bar) and a financial advisor to several Italian and foreign banks and listed companies. He is and has been chairman, CEO, member of the board of directors and the executive committee and chairman and member of the statutory auditors committee  of banks, financial companies and asset management firms.

Moreover he is and has been commissioner and chairman and member of the controlling body of several in-crisis financial companies and pension funds. He has written many significant essays and monographs on banking and finance topics.
