Maura Trillo
Maura Trillo received a degree in Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions at Catholic University in Milan, where she also get the phd in Financial Markets and Institutions and in which she is Assistant Professor in Economics of Financial Institutions and makes teaching activity both for university classes and within educational projects for banks employees. She is registered in the Rolls of Professional Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Chartered Accountants.
In 1995 she started her professional activity at Gualtieri & Associati, where she’s responsible of coordinating the activity of the business area Banking and Finance, in which is concentrated her cooperation with the Company.
She matured a significant experience in M&A deals and in other corporate finance operations assisting banks, financial institutions and listed companies. She was also involved in many opinions and technical expertises for banking and finance matters and in economic valuations and fairness opinions, also referred to civil and criminal procedures, arbitrations and procedures with regulatory bodies.
She has also operated in the crises management, referring to economical and financial issues. She has often cooperated in defining and implementing incentive schemes for the management of banks and listed companies. She is the author of essays on banking and finance topics.
