Matteo Elia Saracino

Matteo Elia Saracino received a degree in Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions at Catholic University in Milan.

He collaborates with the Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences Faculty at Catholic University in Milan.

He is registered in the Rolls of Professional Accountants of Milan.

In 2013 he started his professional activity at Gualtieri & Associati where he developed expertise in corporate finance and financial markets.

He is involved in opinions and technical advices for banking and finance matters and in economic valuations and fairness opinions, also referred to civil, criminal and administrative procedures.

He carried out analysis and valuation of financial instruments.

He is also involved in M&A deals and in other corporate finance operations assisting banks, financial institutions and private companies.
