Mario Di Marco

Mario obtained a degree in Law from the Catholic University, Milan. He admitted to the Bar of Milan.

He joined Gualtieri & Associati in 2007 where he is adviser in corporate law matters, debt restructuring and M&A transactions, banks and financial institutions regulation, administrative proceedings started by Consob and Bank of Italy as well as in the subsequent jurisdictional phases.

He has gained significant experience in debt  restructuring about companies and industrial groups and cooperated with the bodies of compulsory administrative liquidation and extraordinary administration procedures of financial institutions and pension funds.
