Marcella Gaiga

Marcella received a degree in Quantitative Methods for Finance at University of Verona where she also won a research grant relative to the methods for the pricing of credit derivatives.

She cooperates with the Faculty of Banking, Finance and Insurance at Catholic University in Milan.

Marcella joined Gualtieri & Associati in 2012 where she is involved in corporate finance operations, in risk management issues and in the study and evaluation of complex derivatives.

She has also collaborating in technical expertises for banking and finance matters in favor of primary financial intermediaries and listed companies referred to civil and criminal procedures, arbitrations and procedures with regulatory bodies.

In her previous experience in the insurance sector at Department of Finance of Cattolica Assicurazioni Group she was involved in procedures for the evaluation of the company’s rating and in corporate finance projects and she collaborated to the development of the company’s business plan.
