Lorien Ceffa

Lorien received a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.

He collaborates with the Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences Faculty at the Catholic University, Milan.

In 2006 he jointed Gualtieri & Associati where he is involved in corporate finance matters, valuations in M&A transactions, analysis and valuation of financial instruments, even within civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

He also worked on the preparation of business plans in M&A transactions and developed analysis of stustainability of financial restructuring plans.
